i was almost ready to write a glowing review of this hotel, but how could i when the air conditioning stopped working and the noise from the street was unbearable? absolutely ridiculous that no one offered me a complimentary stay or even an upgraded room to make up for these inconveniences. next time, i expect better treatment for my money.
